Refund & Returns Policy

At Pawtainer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include the original packaging
  • Show no signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed with the shipment.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You will be required to provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Order number

Once the issue has been verified, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using the original payment method.

Please note that refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that these timeframes may be affected by external factors such as:

  • High demand periods
  • Logistics delays
  • Customs processing
