At Pawtainer, we work to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below, we explain how our order preparation and shipping process works.


Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days from purchase confirmation.

During this time, we:

  • Verify the order
  • Prepare the product for shipment
  • Hand it over to the logistics provider

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days.

This timeframe begins once the order has been shipped.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • High demand periods
  • Logistics delays
  • Customs processing
  • External transportation conditions

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track it using the tracking number provided when available.

Please note that tracking updates may take 2 to 5 business days to appear in the logistics system.


Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Pawtainer is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Errors made by the customer

If an order is returned for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as:

  • Demand surges
  • Logistics issues
  • Customs inspections
  • Circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and recommend waiting while the order continues its delivery process.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate the situation with the logistics provider.

If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will proceed with either a replacement or a full refund.
